In the nose, the wine is of great intensity, with aromas of chocolate, cocoa, ripe figs and carob subtly linked to notes of noble wood, cloves, cinnamon, pipe tobacco and roasted nuts such as hazelnut and almonds.
In the mouth it is of great length, very tasty, sweet, but with balance, with good acidity and nerveaux that makes it very long-lasting.

DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Alicante
AGEING: Aged for 168 months in 500-liter Allier French oak barrels of various uses, so that the toasted and smoked contribution is subtle. The interesting thing here is the small release of oxygen that refines the wine without marking it as smoky.
VARIETIES: 100% Monastrell
VINEYARD: Located at 650 meters of altitude in “Finca La Serrata” Villena-Alicante
SOIL: Sandy-calcareous loam
HARVEST: Late harvest. The overripe grapes are harvested on the vine in 10kg boxes to guarantee their quality.
PRODUCTION: Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks.
