VINEYARD: Located at 650 meters of altitude in “Finca La Serrata” Villena-Alicante.

HARVEST: The harvest is carried out manually, carefully selecting the grapes and collecting them in 10 kg boxes to guarantee their quality.
PRODUCTION: Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks, with approx. 20% grape in bunch. Light pup-overs to control extraction to the maximum in search of balance.
