Intense aromatic expression reminiscent of green fruits such as apple and pear and citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit.

On the palate it is structured, persistent and round.
SERVICE: We recommend serving it chilled, around 8ºC.

DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Alicante
AGEING: Young
VARIETIES: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
VINEYARD: Located at an altitude of 650 metres in the "La Serrata” Estate, Villena-Alicante.
SOIL: Sandy, limestone soils with high permeability and low salinity.
HARVEST: The grapes are harvested at night, thus avoiding oxidation of the bunches and the high daytime temperatures.
PRODUCTION: After pressing the grapes, the must ferments at 13º C for approximately 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is finished, the wine remains on its fine lees for one month.
