TASTING NOTES
Yellow in colour, with golden tones; it is clean and bright.
The nose is dominated by aromas of orange rind, white flowers, sultanas and honey on a background of vanilla.
On the palate it is sweet, tasty and velvety, reaching the right balance between acidity and sweetness.
SERVICE: We recommend serving it chilled, around 8-10º C

DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Alicante
AGEING: 2 months in new French oak barrels.
VARIETIES: 100% Muscat of Alexandria
VINEYARD: Muscatel grape vines in the north of Alicante near the sea.
SOIL: Clay loam soils.
HARVEST: Harvested by hand in boxes from Muscat of Alexandria vines planted in goblet-trained vines.
PRODUCTION: After destemming the grapes, the must is cold macerated with the skins to extract all the aromatic potential of this variety. Once the maceration is finished, the traditional fortification with alcohol is carried out, thus preserving all the sugar in the grapes.
