TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby red wine with a medium robe.
It has fresh fruit aromas from the variety, toasted fino notes and smoked notes from its time spent in oak barrels.
Balanced and pleasant.
SERVICE: Around 16ºC
ABV: 14%
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Alicante
AGEING: 4 months in French Allier oak barrels. Medium-lightly toasted barrels to respect the fruit in the wine as much as possible.
VARIETIES: Monastrell - Syrah
VINEYARD: Located at an altitude of 650m on the "La Serrata" estate (Villena, Alicante).
SOIL: Sandy with high permeability and low salinity.
HARVEST: Each variety is harvested separately and at the perfect point of ripeness.
PRODUCTION: Each variety is prepared separately in stainless steel tanks and fermented at a low temperature (25ºC) with indigenous yeast from our own vineyard. Low extraction in the pump-over to achieve balance.
