Casa Galvis: where origin sails into the future
In the heart of La Serrata, within the historic landscape that shapes the identity of Bodegas Francisco Gómez, stands Casa Galvis: one of our most distinctive vineyard parcels, home to traditional manor farmhouses that have witnessed centuries of agricultural heritage.
Casa Galvis is more than a place.
It is memory, land, and origin.
Within the boundaries of our estate lies a Phoenician archaeological site dating back to the 7th–6th centuries BC; evidence that wine and olive oil were already produced on these lands more than 2,600 years ago. These ancient Mediterranean sailors understood that the sea does not divide territories; it connects them. Their ships carried culture, trade, and knowledge across civilizations.
Today, Casa Galvis embraces that legacy and transforms it into a contemporary sparkling wine project inspired by navigation, exchange, and refinement.
Casa Galvis sparkling wines are crafted following the traditional method with second fermentation in bottle and extended aging on lees, pursuing precision, elegance, and depth.
Two interpretations of a shared origin.
Two ways of expressing a historic land through excellence.
Casa Galvis is heritage reimagined.
It is land with a voice.
It is the Mediterranean, captured in sparkling form.
