Bodegas Francisco G\u00f3mez is located in La Serrata, between the Sierras del Castellar and El Serruch\u00f3n. It is located 9 kilometres southwest of Villena, in the Alto Vinalop\u00f3 region, in the Mediterranean hinterland. The valley itself forms a barrier that marks the boundaries of the property’s 3.500 hectares.<\/p>\n
The 620 metres of altitude where this Alicante winery is located favours special conditions for the cultivation of vineyards. These conditions do not exist in the rest of the region. That’s why #BodegasFG is a must on the Alicante wine route.<\/p>\n

In the 18th century archives of the Villena Town Hall there is a record of the existence of a winery on this estate.
