Our Mediterranean vineyard is located in Villena, at an altitude of 650 m above sea level, on sandy soils with high permeability and low salinity. We are in the interior of Alicante, about 60 kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n
Our La Serrata estate is located between Mediterranean landscapes, the surrounding sierras and mountains; in a strategic location. Winters here are cold, and summers are hot. This microclimate and rich biodiversity are perfect for the cultivation of vines and olives.<\/p>\n
The estate has 200 hectares of trellised vineyards. Among the red varieties we have Monastrell, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes. Among the white grapes, we grow sauvignon blanc and the local muscatel variety.<\/p>\n

We respect and care for the environment. For this reason, all our vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic. We avoid the use of synthetic chemical products, fertilisers or pesticides that can cause soil deterioration.<\/p>\n
Afterwards, all the work that goes into cultivating the vines continues in the winery. We limit sulphite levels, use local yeasts and do not apply products banned in organic winemaking. Similarly, our wines are also vegan, as we do not use animal products in the process.<\/p>\n

The success of our wines depends on many technical and human factors. The quality of the harvest, the work of the technical department and the care taken in working the vineyard are essential. It is a long process that takes place in different stages.<\/p>\n
